Cancellation Policy
At Shutter & Stone, LLC, we value your time and ours. To provide the best experience for all of our clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Cancellations & Reschedules Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours or more before your scheduled shoot may be done without penalty. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your scheduled shoot will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total booking cost. 2. No-Shows If you do not arrive for your scheduled shoot and no prior notice is given, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged 25% of the booking cost and are non-refundable. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Sessions that begin late due to client delay will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting other bookings. If you are more than 20 minutes late, it may be considered a no-show at the photographer’s discretion. 4. Weather & Emergencies In the event of severe weather or genuine emergencies, cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and fees may be waived at our discretion. 5. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once to a new date if rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance.
